Social Media Manager & Content Creator

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager & Content Creator with real hunger to execute, strong creative thinking, a deep connection to social media, and the ability to turn good ideas into content that works.

This is a Hands-On role for someone who lives and breathes content, spots trends in real time, knows how to write, think fast, appear on camera, and execute Hebrew-language content and campaigns end-to-end.

We are a fintech startup focused on the Israeli market, building a consumer product designed to make crypto and digital assets simpler, more accessible, and safer for the general public.

We are part of Tectona, a publicly traded Israeli company operating in the blockchain and digital assets space. This gives us the combination of strong backing, deep industry expertise, and fast startup execution.

We operate in a dynamic, competitive, and growing market, and we’re looking for people who want to help build a strong brand from the ground up, create content that speaks to real people in Hebrew, and play a meaningful role in the growth of an exciting B2C product.

• Manage our social media channels: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Create organic and paid Hebrew-language content for different platforms
• Develop ideas, concepts, and scripts for content
• Write Hebrew captions and short-form social content
• Create and write paid campaigns for Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Plan and manage the content calendar
• Appear on camera and create video content when needed
• Handle basic operation of filming and recording equipment

• Experience creating organic and paid social content in Hebrew
• Strong familiarity with social and advertising platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, and Meta
• Ability to develop ideas, concepts, and scripts for content
• Ability to appear on camera
• Strong organizational skills and experience working with content calendars
• Good understanding of trends, audiences, and social platform language
• Portfolio or content examples — mandatory

• Strong creative and comedic abilities
• Strong Hebrew writing skills
• Understanding of performance marketing
• Familiarity with automations and AI tools
• Understanding of SEO
• Basic video editing skills
• Familiarity with the crypto space
  

Your portfolio can include a social media page you managed, specific content pieces, campaigns, scripts, captions, edits, or content in which you appeared on camera.
