The Role

As a Product Designer, you will be instrumental in shaping the next generation of AI-driven interfaces, moving beyond standard chat boxes to create truly novel interaction paradigms. You will bridge the gap between cutting-edge LLM capabilities and human-centered design, owning features from initial discovery to pixel-perfect execution. This is a high-impact position designed for a builder who wants to define how millions of people collaborate with AI every day.

Description

• Design human-centered AI experiences that simplify complex technological processes into intuitive and trustworthy user journeys.
• Explore and define new interaction patterns for information discovery and content creation within an AI-native ecosystem.
• Lead end-to-end feature development by translating user research insights into elegant, scalable design solutions.
• Prototype zero to one concepts rapidly to validate novel ideas through iterative feedback loops and high-fidelity testing.
• Develop a deep technical intuition for model behaviors to design around the unique strengths and limitations of LLMs.
• Maintain a rigorous bar for visual craft and interaction quality across all digital touchpoints and product surfaces.
• Partner with product management to influence strategic roadmaps and identify design-led growth opportunities.
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in product design within fast-paced, consumer or prosumer-facing technology environments.
• Proven track record of designing and shipping AI or LLM-based products.
• Deep understanding of AI UX challenges including trust, transparency, and model latency management.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in interaction design, visual craft, and a user-first philosophy.
• Technical confidence to collaborate effectively with engineering teams regarding model constraints and capabilities.
• Experience building or contributing to comprehensive design systems in a scaling organization.
• Previous experience with content creation tools or personalization-driven platforms - advantage.
• Proficiency in rapid prototyping and high-fidelity motion design - advantage.
