Role Overview: On behalf of our client, a leading technology company in the Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) sector located in Petah Tikva, we are seeking a Product Engineering Lead. The company specializes in providing comprehensive engineering envelopes, procurement, and manufacturing for the medical, communication, and defense industries, operating under the highest technological standards.

Job Description:

• Responsibility for implementing technical documentation into company systems and building manufacturing processes for products.
• Creating part numbers and Bills of Materials (BOM) and establishing manufacturing processes within the Priority ERP system.
• Defining engineering change orders, managing, and tracking ECOs.
• Guiding and instructing production employees during the New Product Introduction (NPI) phase.
• Writing technical engineering documentation to accompany products.
• Reporting to customers and resolving engineering-related issues.
• Ongoing communication with customers, suppliers, manufacturers, and internal company interfaces.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering or Practical Electronics Engineer – Mandatory.
• At least 3 years of experience and a deep understanding of electronic product manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Experience and understanding of configuration management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and high attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
• The position is based at the manufacturing plant in Petah Tikva (No hybrid option).
