Key Responsibilities:
Lead product engineering activities from NPI to sustaining engineering.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Engineers, driving technical excellence and team performance.
Provide ongoing engineering support to production lines and subcontractors.
Lead root cause analysis, failure investigations, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Manage engineering changes (ECO/ECN) and ensure accurate product documentation.
Collaborate closely with Hardware, Software, Mechanical, system Engineering, Integration TEST, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, and Program Management teams.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, reliability, manufacturability, yield, and cost reduction.
B.Sc. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
At least 5 years of experience in Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, NPI, or a similar role.
At least 2 years of proven managerial experience leading engineering teams.
Experience with complex electronic assemblies, PCBAs, and multidisciplinary systems.
Proven experience transferring products from R D to manufacturing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis.
Experience working in a high-tech manufacturing environment; defense industry experience is an advantage.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English.
