English Social Media Coordinator

We're looking for a sharp, media-savvy communicator with a deep understanding of geopolitical issues and hands-on command of modern content tools. If you live and breathe social media, think in narratives, and know how to turn a policy story into an audience-moving campaign.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage and grow accounts across multiple social media platforms.
• Write compelling content on political and policy issues for diverse audiences.
• Design and execute proactive media campaigns from strategy to publication.
• Monitor media coverage and produce regular evaluation reports.
• Advise staff on media strategy, identifying opportunities, generating coverage, and supporting their communications materials.
• Build social media strategy through research, benchmarking, messaging frameworks, and audience segmentation.
• Develop and schedule online content across formats (text, video, visuals).
• Track, analyse, and act on analytics and performance data.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to coordinate campaigns and expand reach.
• Use AI tools — including Claude, Grok, Canva, and others — to produce and edit text, video, and visual content at scale.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Master's-level student (or equivalent) in political science, economics, or a related field.
• Solid grounding in media, journalism, and advocacy ecosystems.
