Support Engineer

Located in Central Israel (accessible by train), the company operates on a flexible hybrid work model with two days of remote work per week.

The Role-

• Join a dynamic and collaborative IT team consisting of System and Support professionals.
• Manage, maintain, and secure the organization's technological and system infrastructure.
• Support remote computing environments and endpoint management for employees.
• Collaborate on maintaining system availability, security, and optimal performance.

Tech Stack & Environment

• Operating Systems: Windows, Linux
• Infrastructure: Active Directory, VMware, Citrix
• Operations: IT Support, Endpoint Management, Infrastructure Security

Requirements-

• 3 years of experience as a System Administrator
• Experience working in both Linux and Windows environments
• Solid knowledge and practical experience with Active Directory
• Experience working with VMware infrastructure
• High-level English communication skills (written and spoken)
