One Zero, the Digital Bank, is looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join our team. This role supports the HR department in day-to-day operational activities, including payroll processing, employee benefits administration, onboarding, office & facilities management and employer branding initiatives. The position requires working closely with multiple departments while providing excellent service to employees
Your Day-to-Day:
HR Administration & Payroll
- Working with the payroll department - preparing monthly reports for payroll processing
- Comprehensive management of employee attendance through the "Hilan" system - including processing time records, handling exceptions, and generating attendance
- Providing ongoing support to employees regarding salary, vacations, workplace accidents, maternity leave and military reserve duty
- At least 2 years of experience in HR Operations or a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Familiarity with payroll and welfare processes in an organization
- Knowledge of Israeli labor laws
- Experience with AI tools and applications
- Full proficiency in Excel and Office tools
- English – high level
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and discretion
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and precision
- Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously
- Efficiency and accuracy in task execution
- Experience working with "Hilan" attendance system
- Experience with "Hibob" HRIS system
