Summary
As a Customer Success Manager, you will serve as the strategic partner and advocate for our global customers, ensuring they realize the full potential of our platform. You will own the customer journey post-onboarding, transforming complex technical deployments into long-term strategic success and measurable ROI. We are looking for a proactive builder—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can seamlessly bridge the gap between high-level business goals and technical execution to foster deep-rooted customer loyalty.
What You’ll Do
- Take full ownership of key customer relationships, ensuring seamless deployment, high adoption rates, and the delivery of sustained long-term value.
- Act as a strategic consultant for senior stakeholders, orchestrating internal cross-functional efforts to provide a cohesive and superior customer journey.
- Proactively identify expansion opportunities and partner with the Sales team to secure renewals and drive account growth.
- Spearhead programs designed to optimize customer success processes, enhance operational efficiency, and provide deeper insights into customer health.
- Be the internal voice of the customer, working closely with Product and Engineering to align our roadmap with critical market needs and feedback.
- Manage high-stakes escalations with precision and urgency, ensuring swift resolution while maintaining customer trust and mitigating churn.
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar high-touch, client-facing role.
- The ability to quickly master a complex, technical product and provide high-level strategic guidance to executive sponsors and technical stakeholders.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills paired with high emotional intelligence (EQ) to navigate sensitive and strategic conversations.
- A collaborative mindset with the agility to develop innovative solutions when faced with novel or complex challenges.
- A deep commitment to delivering an unparalleled customer experience and fostering long-term satisfaction.
- A data-driven and highly organized approach to managing priorities and making informed decisions.
- Must have direct experience in the Cybersecurity industry.
- Extensive experience working with the US market; proficiency in navigating US business culture and expectations is a requirement (vs. EMEA/APAC).
- Strong technical background, with the ability to understand complex architectures and engage deeply with technical personas.
- Experience working with a diverse, international customer base.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and helping build processes from the ground up.
