This role is being recruited through Reelu, a talent platform that connects top candidates with leading companies in iGaming, fintech, and sportsbook.

We are currently seeking an Affiliate Manager for Gameified, Plaee in Ramat Gan, Israel. This role is for Gamified, with the hiring process managed by Plaee.

The ideal candidate

Responsibilities:

Own and lead Plaee’s marketing strategy and execution
Build, manage, and optimize all marketing channels (online & offline)
Drive brand awareness and industry positioning
Build and scale lead generation funnels
Plan and execute campaigns, launches, and growth initiatives
Work closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership to define go-to-market
Measure, analyze, and continuously improve performance

Qualifications:

Proven experience in B2B or B2C marketing roles, ideally in a startup environment
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and growth strategies
Experience with lead generation, funnels, and performance marketing
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
Ability to work independently and take full ownership
Strong communication skills and fluent English
