Revenue Operations Analyst

We are seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Revenue team. In this role, you will be part of the Revenue Operations team, combining analytical work with hands-on systems and data operations. You will provide key insights, identify data improvement opportunities, and contribute to internal products and projects that support the company’s growth, including building and enhancing internal systems, some leveraging advanced AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational and system support to Sales teams, helping troubleshoot issues, improve workflows, and ensure efficient use of tools
• Own data quality and hygiene across systems, proactively identifying, investigating, and resolving data issues to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting
• Analyze large volumes of data to generate actionable insights and support Verbit's Revenue Engine and the PMI strategy
• Work hands-on with Salesforce, Cursor, DealHub, Excel, and other systems to support business processes, data integrity, and user needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement business processes across the organization.
• Create, support, QA and maintain informative data driven alerts and dashboards.
• Take part in internal product-related decisions and proactively identify opportunities for improvements
  
  

The Ideal Candidate

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering/information system or other quantitative fields
• 0–2 years of experience working with data and business processes, preferably in a global company
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Hands-on on Excel with advanced skills (Pivot, Vlookup, etc.)
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English
• Strong organizational, problem-solving skills, and process thinking.
• Experience with SalesForce - an advantage
