Monitoring & Control Systems Specialist (Information Security) | Petah Tikva | Full-time

Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a Monitoring & Control Systems Specialist for a leading insurance company in Petah Tikva. This role combines deep technical work with cross-organizational collaboration to enhance information security across the organization.

Responsibilities:

Define, implement, and operate information security controls, with a focus on Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and access control to sensitive data
Work closely with users, managers, and various organizational stakeholders
Lead processes to improve the organization’s information security posture
Perform ongoing monitoring, analysis, and optimization of security controls

Requirements:

Proven experience working with DLP (Data Loss Prevention) systems
Experience defining rules and controls in monitoring systems such as Splunk
Hands-on experience investigating phishing or impersonation incidents – significant advantage
Ability to investigate events, analyze logs, and write queries – advantage
Strong verbal and written communication skills
