Priority Project Manager | Rosh HaAyin | Full-time

Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a Priority Project Manager for a global high-tech company in Rosh HaAyin. This role combines client-facing responsibilities with full project lifecycle ownership in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct meetings with clients to understand business needs and requirements
• Write detailed specification documents based on client requirements
• Implement solutions based on specifications and manage the full project lifecycle
• Independently manage small to mid-sized projects from initiation to delivery
• Act as a professional consultant to clients, providing guidance and recommendations throughout the process
• Manage timelines, allocate resources, and prioritize tasks to ensure continuous project progress
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients, align expectations, manage schedules, and drive successful project delivery

Requirements:

• Expertise in Priority system – required
• 4–5 years of experience in project management and implementation – required
• Strong self-management skills, including time management, resource allocation, and workload analysis
• Experience working with clients, managing relationships, and setting clear expectations
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites
• Full-time position including a company car for client visits
