Senior Digital Hardware Engineer

A cutting-edge technology company developing advanced multidisciplinary systems is looking for a highly experienced Digital Hardware Engineer to join a core R&D team.

This is a hands-on role focused on complex high-speed digital board design, FPGA-based systems, and system-level hardware development in challenging real-world environments.

Responsibilities

• Design complex high-speed digital boards
• Define hardware architecture and component selection
• Develop power delivery solutions (AC/DC, DC/DC)
• Perform bring-up, debugging, validation, and integration
• Work closely with FPGA, embedded, RF, algorithms, and system teams
• Take ownership of hardware development from concept to production

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Extensive experience in digital board design and FPGA-based systems
• Strong hands-on experience with high-speed interfaces and multilayer boards
• Experience with phased-array / beamforming systems
• Experience with bring-up, debugging, and hardware validation
• Understanding of signal integrity, power integrity, and EMC considerations
• Experience working in multidisciplinary environments
• MATLAB and RTL coding experience- advantage
