Relationship Manager Associate I

In this role you will:

• Support the relationships with clients, including CEOs and Finance teams of new and scaling technology companies.
• Build effective internal networks with multiple teams across HSBC geographies, particularly with our colleagues in Innovation Banking, to provide streamlined banking experience for our clients.
• Resolve day-to-day clients' inquiries regarding banking products, assist with navigating through complex banking processes and ensuring high level of client satisfaction.
• Portfolio tracking and reporting on the progress of ongoing clients' inquiries and special projects with Group leads.
• Assist with building deep, long-term relationships with the founders, finance partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of service and solution to our clients from onboarding to ongoing support.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update databases as required.
• Develop a deep understanding of banking products and pursue new opportunities to support companies with lending, cash management and credit products.
• Attend industry events, networking functions, and conferences to represent the firm and build professional networks.

You should apply if you have:

• Role holder must be in Israel with fluent business English and Hebrew.
• Entry level experience in business development/account management role ideally from the tech eco system such as software company/venture capital/consulting firm/law firm/ Tech ecosystem related.
• Passionate about technology start-ups and the Tech ecosystem.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Demonstrate ability to self-learning, work effectively in a very dynamic, fast paced environment with multiple teams and functions and across multiple projects.
• Strong time management, organizational skills and multi-tasking skills.
• Sound analytical skills – an added advantage.
• Relevant academic degree
