We’re looking for a full-time Product Design Team Leader to join our vibrant Design team in Tel-Aviv.

About the role:

• Design Leadership & Mentoring: Lead, inspire, and grow a team of talented product designers. You will be a hands-on mentor, fostering a culture of creative excellence, professional growth, and accountability.
• Strategic Cross-Functional Partnership: Build and maintain exceptional working relationships with Product, Engineering, and Growth departments. You will act as the glue that connects different functions, ensuring the design vision is aligned with business goals and technical feasibility.
• AI-Forward Design Mastery: Drive the UX/UI strategy for breakthrough features like AI References. You will challenge traditional design patterns to solve the "prompting limitation," creating intuitive interfaces for a new era of AI.

• Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience in product design within high-growth tech environments, specifically working on complex SaaS or creative tools.
• Leadership in High-Growth Environments: At least 2 years of experience managing product design teams within a global scale-up or high-velocity product organization. You have a proven track record of navigating sophisticated product ecosystems and managing diverse stakeholders.
• People-First Mentality: Exceptional interpersonal skills. You are a natural collaborator who builds trust and creates a positive, synergetic environment between departments.
• UI & Design Mastery: A "Master of UI" with an uncompromising eye for detail. You are passionate about setting the visual standard for the next generation of creative tools.
