The Role

As the Social Media Manager, you are the strategic mastermind behind our presence on YouTube and long-form video platforms. You are a generative AI maven who understands that our industry is in a massive state of transition. Our goal is to build Artlist as the top brand bringing AI production level creation at scale to creatives everywhere. You aren’t here to just manage a channel: you are here to build a destination for the creative community. We are looking for an idea machine who can harness different stakeholders and bridge the gap between culture and brand, turning long-form inspiration into execution.

Wake up for this:

• Own the YouTube ecosystem. Build and execute a long form strategy that turns our channel into a primary destination for creative education and inspiration.
• Master the packaging. Direct the strategy for titles and thumbnails to maximize CTR and win the Home Feed.
• Sync with Paid Media. Coordinate with paid campaign managers to leverage long form content for advertising and cohesive brand messaging.
• Direct our AI flows. Use our AI tools to show 50 million creators how to navigate the future of video production, making complex workflows look professional.
• Lead the production pipeline. Coordinate with editors and creatives to produce high quality content that demonstrates the power of the Artlist.
• Collaborate with stakeholders. Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and SEO teams to ensure our videos meet both brand and growth goals.
• Audit and optimize. Conduct regular audits of channel performance and use YouTube Analytics to provide recommendations for retention and growth.
• Manage content operations. Maintain a strict content calendar and ensure every video is optimized with proper metadata and SEO.
  
  

• 3+ years of experience managing high performing YouTube channels or long form video strategy, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Generative AI Maven. Deep literacy in AI tools and a clear understanding of how AI is transforming the industry.
• Portfolio. A link to a YouTube channel or a portfolio of long form work you have managed is mandatory.
• Platform Expert. Proficient in YouTube Analytics and social management tools like Sprout Social.
• Collaboration as a virtue. Proven experience in harnessing stakeholders and working across multiple teams to execute complex projects.
• Deep interest in creatives. You understand the visual language, technical needs, and career frustrations of professional creatives.
• Native level English. Exceptional storytelling and scriptwriting skills with the ability to explain complex topics simply.
