Overview
We are looking for a strategic and impactful HR Business Partner to join a fast-growing, innovation-driven organization. This role is designed for a confident and experienced HR leader who can operate as a true partner to management—challenging, coaching, and enabling leaders to build high-performing teams.
You will play a central role in shaping organizational effectiveness, driving people strategies, and leading key organizational development initiatives. This is a high-visibility position requiring strong judgment, executive presence, and the ability to influence at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders, providing guidance on people strategy, team effectiveness, and organizational challenges
- Coach and challenge managers to elevate leadership capabilities and drive accountability
- Lead and implement organizational development initiatives (team design, org structure, leadership development, change management)
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and scaling strategies
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning
- Support and guide complex employee relations matters with sound judgment and discretion
- Identify organizational gaps and proactively design and implement solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition and other HR functions to ensure alignment
- Use data and insights to inform decision-making and improve organizational health
Requirements
- 8+ years of HR experience, including significant time as an HR Business Partner in dynamic environments
- Proven ability to work closely with senior leaders and influence decision-making
- Strong background in organizational development and leading change initiatives
- Demonstrated experience coaching managers and building leadership capability
- High level of business acumen and strategic thinking
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate independently, with confidence and sound judgment
- Experience working in fast-paced, scaling organizations
