We are looking for an experienced and hands-on R&D Team Lead to join a dynamic development team. This role combines strong technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, focusing on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions aligned with business needs.
What will you do?
- Lead and manage a team of developers
- Drive end-to-end delivery of development projects
- Design and implement scalable, high-quality solutions using modern technologies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Oversee ongoing maintenance and support of existing systems
What are we looking for?
- 2+ years of proven experience managing development teams (hands-on leadership)
- 4+ years of frontend development experience, with strong expertise in Next.js
- Strong proficiency in React and modern frontend architectures
- Proven experience leading projects end-to-end
- Solid experience working with AWS environments
- Experience in making architectural decisions and leading technical direction
