Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Tier 1 Service Representative to join our team at our on-site location in Kadima - Zoran. In this role, you will provide first-level support in Hebrew to customers by resolving inquiries in phone or tickets, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering exceptional service. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quick resolution of customer concerns and maintain a thorough knowledge of our platform to deliver accurate and timely assistance.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and basic technical troubleshooting
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
• Basic understanding of website functionality (CSS HTML) - is an advantage
• Previous experience in a service or technical support environment is an advantage
