Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Migdal haEmek, Israel, for a Quality Assurance Specialist. The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes, conducting quality audits, and enforcing Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. Daily responsibilities include ensuring adherence to quality control protocols, monitoring production standards, improving quality management systems, and staying up-to-date with industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills to monitor and ensure product and process compliance
- Proficiency in Quality Management and Quality Auditing for maintaining and improving organizational standards
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines and their application
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
- Previous experience in design, art, or manufacturing industries is a plus
- Fluency in English; Hebrew proficiency is beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
