Clinical Research Coordinator (Cardiology)

Rambam’s Center for Cardiovascular Research and Innovation is looking for a Clinical Research Coordinator to join the team and take an active role in the day-to-day management of clinical trials.

What you’ll be doing:
- Identify and recruit patients for clinical studies
- Guide and support participants throughout their study journey - from initial screening to study completion
- Coordinate and manage patient visits, perform protocol-related procedures (vital signs, sample handling, etc.)
- Work closely with physicians, hospital staff, sponsors, and external vendors
- Manage study data (EDC entry, medical record review, safety reporting)
- Prepare submissions and ongoing reports to the Ethics (Helsinki) Committee
- Support study-related financial processes (invoicing, tracking payments, internal coordination)

What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences / Medical Sciences or related field
- Fluent Hebrew
- Strong English skills
- Previous experience in clinical research – an
advantage
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Team player with a proactive, hands-on approach and strong communication skills
