The chosen candidate will act as a strategic focal point, bridging the gap between a high-profile client and dozens of outsourced employees to ensure operational excellence. Job Responsibilities:

● Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle for onsite staff, including onboarding, retention programs, and ongoing HR support.

● Serve as a strategic partner to client stakeholders and hiring managers, identifying their evolving needs and providing professional recruitment solutions.

● Oversee contract management and legal documentation, ensuring all employment terms align with labor laws and company standards.

● Identify and leverage business growth opportunities within the account by building strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers.

Job Requirements:

● Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment or HR coordination, preferably within a fast-paced agency or outsourcing environment.

● Solid background in Client Relationship Management (CRM) or high-level service and sales roles.

● Strong understanding of Israeli labor laws, employment terms, and payroll fundamentals.

● Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and resolve conflicts diplomatically.

● Willingness to travel to the client’s site 1–2 days per week; experience recruiting for the electronics or technical sectors is a significant advantage.
