Seperia, a fast-growing fintech comparison company, is looking for an analytical and marketing-driven Performance Campaign Manager to join our User Acquisition team.
If you’re data-driven, energetic, and eager to grow in performance marketing — we’d love to meet you.
What we’re looking for:
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns
- Strong experience with Google Search (mandatory) / Bing
- Highly analytical with strong Excel skills
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with motivation to initiate and scale new activities
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Brings a strong can-do attitude and proactive mindset
- Excellent English
What you’ll do:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns
- Own campaign performance and P&L
- Run experiments and A/B tests to drive growth
- Work closely with the Partnerships team to achieve performance targets and drive revenue growth
