We at ABIR – International Forwarding are hiring an Import Account Manager to join our commercial team in Tel Aviv.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a professional team with a family-like atmosphere, working on diverse shipments and building strong relationships with clients and overseas partners.
Role Overview
- Manage end to end relationship with importers, handling sea and air import shipments to ensure seamless movement of goods across international borders.
- Coordinate between clients and logistics partners, including overseas agents, shipping lines, and airlines.
- Prepare quotations and manage shipment pricing.
- Resolve shipment issues, provide proactive updates, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Indentify opportunities to improve processes, services and revenue.
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong client-facing skills with a service oriented and commercial mindset.
- Experience with import processes, documentation, and international logistics.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a great team player
- Proactive and independent mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English (written and spoken)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field - an advantage
- Knowledge of Unifreight – an advantage
