Job Description:

• Providing phone support (HELP DESK) and on-site (frontal) support to users.

• Handling hardware and software issues on end-user devices – desktops and laptops.

• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows 10/11.

• Installing computers from scratch, including working with Images and Deployment.

• Working with ticketing systems for managing calls and documenting issues.

• Installing peripheral equipment: printers, scanners, monitors, and multimedia equipment.

• Connecting end-user devices to wired and wireless networks.

Job Requirements:

• Several years of experience in phone support (HELP DESK).

• Several years of experience in on-site support within a large/medium organization.

• Proven experience in computer installations, including working with Images, workstation preparation, cloning, and system deployment.

• In-depth knowledge of Windows 10/11 systems.

• Knowledge of peripheral equipment and troubleshooting hardware/software issues.

• Basic knowledge of networking (wired and Wi-Fi).

• Preference for candidates with diverse professional experience and a stable background.
