Job Description:

We’re seeking a User Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic team and help drive our clients’ performance marketing campaigns to new heights. This role is perfect for someone with a strong analytical mindset and 0-1 years of experience in Google Ads.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Planning, launching, and managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Analyzing campaign performance data to optimize, improve results, and generate growth
• Conducting keyword and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies.
• Writing compelling ad copy and performing basic creative editing.
• Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign success

Qualifications:

• 0-1 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads (Search)
• Native Hebrew and fluent English (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• A creative mindset with fresh ideas for ad and marketing efforts
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools, e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Merchant Center, automation tools, etc.
• A BA degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (advantage)
