Key Responsibilities

• Lead meaningful end-to-end recruitment processes in close partnership with hiring managers across multiple regions and business functions.
• Manage recruitment processes for a wide range of business, operational, finance, corporate, and professional roles.
• Work closely with hiring managers to define recruitment needs, sharpen role profiles, align expectations, and provide professional guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Source candidates through multiple channels, including direct sourcing, social media, candidate databases, professional networks, partnerships, employee referrals, and additional creative sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone screens and in-depth face-to-face interviews, write professional candidate evaluations, and support hiring managers in decision-making processes.
• Conduct reference checks and support offer processes in collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with proven experience managing global recruitment processes.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment capabilities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation writing, reference checks, and process management.
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with multiple recruitment channels and tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong service orientation and the ability to create a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Experience in a global company or working with international stakeholders - an advantage.

Employment Type: Full-time, Sunday-Thursday. On-site work (non-hybrid).
