Bulls Media is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive our company forward. This role requires an efficient, fast-paced, and sharp individual with a can-do attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct CV screen and phone interviews to various positions
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs
  • Conduct phone interviews and assess candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Utilize various sourcing methods such as social media, job boards, and networking to reach potential candidates
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of candidates and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system

Requirements

  • High level of English - a must
  • 1-3 years of experience as a recruiter- possible from recruitment firms! - a must
  • Familiarity with Spark system - a plus
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully filling positions in a timely manner
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics to measure effectiveness
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers
