We are building a bilingual (Hebrew–Arabic) job platform aimed at improving access to employment opportunities across diverse communities. Our focus is on clarity, accessibility, and delivering a high-quality user experience.
About the RoleThis is a hands-on, entry-level role combining site operations and quality assurance. A key responsibility will be the publishing and management of job listings. You will work closely with product and development teams to ensure the platform remains accurate, consistent, and reliable across both languages.
Responsibilities- Publish and manage job listings and employer profiles.
- Ensure content quality, accuracy, and consistency in both Hebrew and Arabic.
- Test user flows across web and mobile platforms.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using tools such as Jira, GitHub Issues, or Linear.
- Collaborate with developers to validate fixes.
- Proactively identify issues, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Professional bilingual proficiency in Arabic and Hebrew (written and verbal) is required to ensure platform accuracy and conduct QA in both languages.
- Completion of a QA course or basic experience in software testing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
