Data \& Analytics Team Lead

We are a dynamic, cross-functional team providing all data-related needs for Elbit Systems’ Radio Communications Department

Our team develops end-to-end data infrastructures and solutions — from data processing to front-end delivery for end users

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of data developers, setting technical direction and priorities

Own the full data lifecycle: architecture, development, delivery, and maintenance

Manage project records, timelines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives

Design and oversee the development of data pipelines, dashboards, and visualization tools

Drive integration of AI tools across the team’s workflows to maximize business value

Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, testing, marketing, and management

Translate business requirements into technical solutions and data strategies

Conduct code reviews and establish best practices within the team

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Exact Sciences — with a focus on Data Science or a related field

Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field — significant advantage

Proven experience as a Data Team Lead — including personnel management and cross-project record management

Full proficiency in Python

Strong familiarity with AI tools and their practical application

Proficiency in SQL and experience with various database technologies — advantage

Experience designing and delivering data pipelines, dashboards, and analytical systems

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong analytical thinking, a growth mindset, and a “can-do” attitude
