Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Israel for a Full Stack Team Lead. The role involves leading a team of developers, managing the end-to-end development of complex software systems, and ensuring high-quality code and timely delivery. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, create technical solutions, and oversee their successful execution. Additionally, you will mentor team members, enforce best practices, and contribute hands-on to both front-end and back-end development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React or Angular.
• Proficiency in back-end development using programming languages such as Node.js, Python, or Java, and familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Strong understanding of database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Leadership experience, including team management, project planning, and mentoring team members.
• Solid knowledge of software engineering best practices, version control systems (e.g., Git), and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms and tools, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, is a plus.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming technical challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills in English, oral and written; Hebrew is an advantage.
