Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and recruiting candidates for diverse technology roles across the industry
Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to closing candidates.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in technology recruitment.
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn sourcing and recruitment best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
