We are seeking an enthusiastic, hands-on Product Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will own the creation and maintenance of the content and materials that bring our product to life for customers and internal teams. You are a strong communicator who loves digging into a product, understanding it deeply, and translating that knowledge into clear, compelling materials, from sales decks to datasheets to internal updates. You will report to the Product Marketing Team Lead and work closely with Product, Marketing, Revenue, and Sales Enablement teams.

Responsibilities:

• Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the Optibus platform — its features, use cases, and customer value — and become the go-to resource for accurate, up-to-date product knowledge across the company.
• Content Creation & Ownership: Create, update, and manage a suite of high-impact sales and marketing materials, including presentations, datasheets, one-pagers, case studies, and website copy that clearly communicate product value.
• Product Launch Execution: Own the execution of product launches and feature releases: coordinating deliverables, producing collateral, and ensuring everything ships on time.
• Sales & CS Enablement Support: Partner with the GTM Enablement Manager to ensure Sales and Customer Success teams are equipped with accurate, up-to-date product knowledge. This includes contributing to enablement planning, looping in the right product managers, and producing the materials and content that make sessions land.
• Roadmap Communication: Partner with the Product team to stay current on the roadmap and translate updates into clear, digestible communications for internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Experience: ~3 years in a product marketing (or similar) role, preferably in a B2B technology or SaaS environment.
• Content Creation: A strong writer who can produce compelling, polished marketing and sales content independently.
• Product Curiosity: Genuine interest in technology and a proven ability to quickly learn, internalize, and articulate product capabilities.
• Organized & Execution-Focused: Highly organized self-starter with a hands-on, get-it-done attitude. Must be comfortable managing multiple deliverables and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative: A team player who builds strong working relationships across Product, Sales, Engineering, and beyond.

Fluency in English is a must; strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
