Production Manager / Head of Production

We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on Production Manager to lead and scale our production operations across multiple projects. This role sits at the intersection of creative, logistics, and execution, and requires someone who knows how to take an idea and turn it into a precise, high-quality production.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Managing end-to-end production processes from pre-production to delivery
• Building and maintaining production timelines, budgets, and workflows
• Leading crews across multiple shoots and ensuring high execution standards
• Coordinating vendors, freelancers, talent, and internal teams
• Solving problems in real time under pressure and keeping productions on track
• Overseeing logistics, including locations, permits, equipment, and scheduling
• Maintaining clear communication with clients and creative teams
• Ensuring every project meets creative and business goals

• Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in film, commercials, or branded content
• Strong understanding of production workflows and on-set dynamics

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production across multiple projects, from concept through delivery
• Build and manage detailed production schedules, budgets, and workflows
• Oversee pre-production, including casting, locations, permits, crew hiring, and logistics
• Manage on-set execution to ensure timelines, quality, and creative intent are met
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including creative, post-production, and external vendors
• Track budgets in real time and optimize resource allocation without compromising quality
• Anticipate risks and solve production challenges quickly and effectively
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
• Ensure all deliverables meet deadlines, brand standards, and business objectives
• Continuously improve production processes, tools, and operational efficiency 

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in production management within film, commercials, or branded content
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
• Strong understanding of production pipelines, from pre-production to post-production
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail
• Experience managing budgets, negotiating with vendors, and controlling costs
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage crews and external partners
• Calm, solution-oriented approach under pressure and tight deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Hebrew is a plus)
• Proficiency with production tools and project management platforms
• A strong industry network is an advantage
