Role Description The Chief Producer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, responsible for overseeing end-to-end production across multiple media projects. This role leads the production process from concept through delivery, including planning schedules, managing budgets, coordinating crews, and ensuring all content meets quality and brand standards. The Chief Producer collaborates closely with creative, editorial, technical, and marketing teams to align production plans with strategic goals and audience needs. Daily tasks include supervising pre-production planning, overseeing shoots, managing post-production workflows, resolving operational issues, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and external partners. The Chief Producer also mentors production staff, implements efficient workflows, and contributes to long-term resource planning and production strategy.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in media or content production, including managing full production cycles from planning to delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, with solid people management and mentoring skills.
• Proficiency in production budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Familiarity with modern production tools, post-production workflows, and digital media platforms.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Hebrew is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in a senior production or producing role is highly beneficial.
