Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Social Media Manager for an on-site position located in Lod. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing engaging campaigns across various social media platforms. Daily tasks include developing and implementing content strategies, optimizing social media performance, managing communication and engagement with followers, and monitoring analytics to drive growth. Collaboration across departments to align social media efforts with broader business objectives will also be a key responsibility.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
Strong Communication skills, including engaging with audiences and managing feedback
Experience in developing and implementing effective Content Strategies
Exceptional Writing skills tailored to diverse platforms and audiences
Analytical skills to interpret social media performance metrics and optimize campaigns
Familiarity with relevant social media tools and platforms
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, on-site environment
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Prior experience in the automotive, retail, or service industries is a plus
