Senior PPC Campaign Manager

We're hiring a Senior PPC Campaign Manager to own the advertising strategy and execution across our Amazon brands.

About us We're a Rishon Lezion-based e-commerce company, in business since 2015. We sell private-label products across multiple brands in the health and support categories, with most of our products protected by our own patents. We're profitable, growing fast, and looking for senior partners to grow with us — not employees to fill a slot.

The role You'll start by owning advertising for a defined subset of our catalog — products and campaigns we'll align on together. As you build trust and demonstrate impact, your scope will expand to additional brands and product lines until you own the full advertising P&L. This is intentional: we want to set you up to win, not throw you into the deep end.

You'll work directly with leadership on growth decisions that go beyond ads — pricing, listing optimization, new product launches, and category expansion.

Within 6-12 months, the path leads to building and leading a PPC team as we scale.

What you'll do

• Take ownership of campaign strategy and execution for an assigned product portfolio, with clear KPIs around TACoS, ACoS, and profitability
• Expand your scope as you prove out results — earning ownership of additional ASINs, categories, and ultimately the full brand portfolio
• Plan and execute campaign structures across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
• Translate performance data into strategic decisions — and into clear recommendations for leadership
• Coordinate PPC with the broader growth levers: organic ranking, pricing, inventory, and listing quality
• Identify new opportunities — keywords, ASINs, categories — and build the plans to capture them
• Hire, onboard, and lead the PPC team as the function grows

What we're looking for

• 2+ years managing $100K+/month in paid media on Google Ads, Meta, or Amazon Ads — ideally for an e-commerce or DTC brand
• Strong analytical fluency: spreadsheets, pivot tables, and the ability to turn data into action
• A self-starter who can learn a new platform deeply and fast. Amazon experience is a plus, but we'll invest in your ramp-up if it's not your background — what we can't teach is judgment and ownership
• Comfortable owning a P&L, not just a channel
• You earn trust through results, not by demanding scope on day one. You understand that real ownership is built incrementally
• Future team leader — you want to build and manage a team within the year, not stay an individual contributor

Bonus points for

• Direct experience with Amazon Ads
• Familiarity with Helium 10, Data Dive, Pacvue, Perpetua, or similar tools
• Experience with Amazon Ads API or scripting/automation for campaign management
