Social Media & Influencer Coordinator

Alpa Cosmetics Group, a leading importer, manufacturer, and distributor of consumer goods and cosmetics representing top global beauty brands and exclusive international labels, is seeking a Social Media & Influencer Coordinator for a full-time position based in Herzliya.

About the role:

Hands-on management of social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)

Planning and execution of digital campaigns

Identifying, recruiting, and managing influencers and content creators

Leading collaborations and social media partnerships

Working closely with external vendors and internal stakeholders

Monitoring performance, analyzing data, and ongoing optimization  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Advertising – mandatory
• Proven experience in a similar role, including working with influencers – mandatory
• Strong Excel skills – mandatory
• Experience in social media management – advantage
• Experience in photography and video editing – advantage
• Strong copywriting and marketing writing skills
• Deep understanding of social media trends and platforms
• Creative thinking combined with strong marketing understanding
