The company designs and manufactures the highly complex, large-scale systems used to create the "brains" of every modern electronic device.

Located in a major tech park in Rehovot (adjacent to the train station), the organization offers a stable, world-class environment with a hybrid work model (1 day WFH).

Responsibilities-

  • End-to-End Test Leadership: Leading the entire testing lifecycle, from initial requirements analysis to complex system deployment.
  • HW/SW Integration: Performing deep-dive testing for multidisciplinary systems that combine cutting-edge hardware with sophisticated software layers.
  • Test Engineering: Designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive Test Plans and Test Cases for high-precision equipment.
  • Comprehensive Validation: Executing functional, regression, and performance tests, including code-level inspections and automated nightly runs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with R&D engineers and global stakeholders to ensure system reliability and performance meet rigorous industry standards.

Requirements-

  • 5 years of experience in QA/System Testing – Mandatory. (Candidates with a B.Sc. degree: 3+ years of experience).
  • Proven experience in HW/SW integrated testing within complex, multidisciplinary environments – Mandatory.
  • Experience from Product-oriented companies in fields such as Semiconductors, Heavy Industry, Defense, or Medical Devices – Mandatory.
  • Significant experience in System Level testing of large-scale, complex machinery.
  • Hands-on experience with both Linux and Windows environments – Mandatory.
  • Strong background in building Test Plans from scratch and driving QA processes in an R&D environment.
