Senior Development Engineer - 5574

We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Development Engineer (5-7 years of experience) to join a core team in the clean energy sector. In this role, you will be responsible for the mechanical design of multidisciplinary end systems combining flow, energy, and heat transfer technologies.

This position includes leading the full product development lifecycle, from initial concept through transfer to production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full ownership of the design process: Lead conceptual and detailed mechanical design of new systems, including concept development and prototype building.

• From development to production: Support the product throughout its entire lifecycle, from R&D stages to full-scale serial production.

• Technical leadership: Conduct design reviews (PDR/CDR), support existing systems, and manage ECO processes.

• External interface management: Define components and professionally manage subcontractors and suppliers.

• Validation and testing: Plan, execute, and support complex testing activities and on-site system demonstrations.

Requirements:

• Education: B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering

• Experience: 5-7 years of experience in mechanical design and multidisciplinary systems.

• Hands-on approach: Proven experience taking products from concept stage to production floor.

• Technical skills: Full proficiency in CAD tools, including modeling, drawings, and assemblies.

• System understanding: Strong knowledge of flow systems, energy systems, and heat transfer processes.

• Engineering documentation: Experience preparing and managing engineering documentation, with familiarity in diverse manufacturing technologies.

• Languages: High-level English proficiency, including reading, writing, and speaking.

Advantages:

• Experience working with production lines, automation systems, and PLC controllers.

• Background in Process Engineering or Chemical Engineering.

• Previous knowledge of energy generation systems.
