How You’ll Spend Your Time

• Execute email marketing campaigns, focusing on customer engagement and delivering personalized content.
• Analyze customer data to identify segments and create tailored email campaigns that resonate with specific personas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Data, and Customer Success, to develop and implement effective email marketing strategies.
• Optimize email performance by testing copy, subject lines, and design to improve engagement and conversions.
• Use email marketing automation tools (such as Customer.io , Braze, or similar) to manage campaigns and workflows.
• Help grow the email list and work on strategies for retention and increased customer lifetime value.
• Ensure the timely delivery of emails, optimize open rates, and monitor deliverability.
  
  

• 2+ years of experience in Digital communication, ideally in a B2C or fintech environment.
• Proficiency in using email marketing tools such as Customer.io , Braze, or similar.
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and campaign optimization.
• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to craft compelling emails.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to refine email strategies and improve performance.
  
  

• Experience in fintech or financial services.
• Experience, preferably with U.S.-based consumer-facing digital products or services
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and taking initiative.
