Role Overview

As our Live Ops Lead, you’ll have your hands on the pulse of the game. You’re responsible for the daily experience, designing the events and features that give the game its soul. We need someone who doesn't just check boxes, but actually cares about making sure there's always something exciting waiting for our players when they open the app.

Responsibilities

• Own the Live Ops strategy and roadmap, designing engaging events and features that keep the game world feeling fresh and alive.
• Drive the creative vision for live content, ensuring every seasonal beat or event feels cohesive, premium, and fun for our players.
• Manage the end-to-end execution of the Live Ops calendar, from initial brainstorming and creative briefs to final launch and quality assurance.
• Monitor performance and key KPIs (engagement, retention, and revenue), using post-launch analysis and A/B testing to iterate continuously.
• Partner closely with Product, Art, R&D, Analytics, and Economy teams to align creative ideas with technical constraints and business goals.
• Proactively identify opportunities for innovation, introducing new mechanics and content strategies that surprise and delight the community.
  
  

• 1+ years of managing a team or have a clear track record of leading high-impact projects from start to finish.
• 2+ years of experience working on a live game or a similarly fast-paced digital product where the content never stops evolving.
• A deep understanding of mobile gaming, player psychology, and current industry trends.
• Strong creative thinking skills, with the ability to turn a high-level goal into a compelling, player-facing experience.
• Data-informed mindset, comfortable using dashboards to validate your creative instincts.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to pitch ideas and align stakeholders across the studio.
