This role is responsible for keeping the platform engaging, and competitive through real-time experiences, live events, gamification, and precise execution across all active markets. You’ll sit at the intersection of CRM, product, game economy and live operations- ensuring players always have a reason to return, engage, and play.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage live platform experiences that drive conversion, engagement, and retention across the player lifecycle
- Operate and optimize real-time engagement mechanics, rewards, and events based on player behavior and performance signals
- Monitor live performance and player activity, adjusting mechanics, pacing, and incentives when needed
- Ensure all live initiatives are clearly communicated onsite and aligned with CRM messaging across channels
- Collaborate with CRM, Product, BI, and Marketing teams to deliver cohesive player experiences
- Run test-and-learn frameworks, including A/B tests and control groups, to continuously improve engagement and monetization
- Track and analyze KPIs such as engagement rate, session frequency, progression, retention, and LTV uplift
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Live Ops, CRM, monetization, or engagement roles within social casino, gaming, or adjacent digital products
- Strong understanding of player psychology, engagement loops, progression systems, and reward mechanics
- Experience operating live features, events, or promotions in fast-paced environments
- Highly execution-focused with strong attention to detail and ownership mindset
- Comfortable working across multiple markets, time zones, and real-time operational demands
