Social Media & Digital Strategy Manager (Portuguese Markets)

About the Role

Percepto International is looking for a high-caliber Social Media Manager to lead our digital strategy and influence operations within the Portuguese-speaking markets. This isn’t a standard social media role; we are seeking a creative strategist who understands deep cultural nuances, linguistic trends, and the complex digital landscape of both Portugal and Brazil.

The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy professional who knows how to leverage AI tools to scale impact and shape perceptions in real-time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Linguistic Authority: Maintain native-level command of Portuguese (written and verbal) to ensure all communications are culturally precise and impactful.
• Narrative Crafting: Develop high-impact, resonant copy and digital assets tailored for diverse platforms and audiences.
• Strategic Influence & Monitoring: Track digital trends and manage real-time engagement to maintain brand authority and strategic positioning.
• AI-Enhanced Operations: Utilize AI-driven tools for content optimization, sentiment analysis, and campaign scaling.
• Actionable Insights: Use digital intelligence platforms to monitor campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Native Fluency: Exceptional, professional-level command of Portuguese (written and verbal) is a must. Deep familiarity with local idioms and cultural context in the GCC/Global markets is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in social media management, digital marketing, or online reputation management (ORM).
• AI Proficiency: Hands-on experience with AI content tools and data analysis platforms. We value a "tech-first" approach to problem-solving.
