Job Description:
- Lead a development team in a central and time-sensitive project בתחום appointment scheduling, with a short time-to-production goal
- Provide both managerial and hands-on technical leadership within a dynamic and high-pressure environment
- Ensure timely delivery while meeting challenging deadlines
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of approximately 7 developers
- Assign tasks and track progress
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Work closely with multiple stakeholders across the project
- Ensure delivery against project goals and timelines
Requirements:
- At least 6 years of experience as a Development Team Lead
- Strong hands-on experience with: .NET, SQL, AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Proven experience leading development teams in complex projects
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Relevant academic background
