Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Recruitment Coordinator to join our team on-site in Petah Tikva. The Recruitment Coordinator will execute daily recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates to meet the hiring needs of our diverse brands. The role involves close collaboration with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with hiring managers and candidates
• Organizational and administrative abilities, including managing candidate documentation and recruitment tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and other HR technologies
• Familiarity with recruitment trends, employment laws, and best practices in the local labor market
• Fluency in Hebrew required; proficiency in English is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Proactive, results-driven approach with attention to detail

אופי התפקיד

·     ליווי תהליכי גיוס סינון קורות חיים וביצוע ראיונות טלפוניים מעמיקים לסינון ראשוני.

·     תיאום ראיונות פרונטליים וליווי המועמד עד לחתימה ותחילת עבודה.

·     עבודה ישירה מול צוות הגיוס ודרגי הניהול להבנת הצרכים ולהתאמת המועמדים.

·     פרסום ושיווק משרות ברשתות החברתיות.

• יחסי אנוש מעולים כושר ביטוי בעל פה ובכתב. זיקה ומוטיבציה להשתלב ולהתקדם בתחום הגיוס.
• תואר ראשון רלבנטי - יתרון
• שליטה בסביבה ממוחשב ובתוכנות Office - חובה
• יכולת עבודה עצמאית, סדר וארגון ברמה גבוהה.
• נכונות לעבודה במשרה מלאה ממשרדי החברה בפתח תקווה ובמסעדות הקבוצה
• נכונות לשעות נוספות בהתאם לצורך.
