Junior Support & QA Tester (English and Hebrew Speaking) – Reality TV Tech

We’re looking for a Junior Support & QA Tester who is highly communicative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in English with international clients.

Hybrid role – Ra’anana

Monday – Friday: 10:00–19:00 (Friday remote)

This role requires daily communication in English with international clients, so strong verbal communication is essential.

What You'll Do

• Train new clients on how to use the system (onboarding sessions)
• Provide technical support to international clients (in English and in Hebrew)
• Perform manual QA testing on new features and workflows
• Write clear bug reports and documentation in English
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles
• Assist with data migration and system setup
• Work closely with Product & Development

Must-Have Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English (daily use with clients)
• Excellent spoken and written Hebrew (daily use with clients)

Experience in one or more:

1. Technical Support / Customer Support
2. Client Training / Onboarding
3. Manual QA Testing

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Tech-savvy and fast learner

Nice to Have

• Experience with QA methodologies
• Basic knowledge of HTML / Excel
• Experience working with SaaS systems
