Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Givat Shmuel. The Accountant will handle day-to-day accounting operations, prepare accurate financial statements, ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, maintain journal entries, and assist with financial analysis. This individual will also collaborate with other departments to ensure all financial processes are executed effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proficient in creating and maintaining accurate journal entries and strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Experience in preparing, analyzing, and maintaining accurate financial statements
• Skilled in financial reporting and understanding regulatory compliance in finance
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret financial data and solve problems
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certifications, such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant), are an advantage

Requirements:

- At least 6–7 years of experience in finance (10 years preferred) ✔

- Experience in a similar role / as an Accountant / CFO ✔

- Background in manufacturing/import/retail companies is a major advantage 📦

- Deep understanding of financial statements, balances, and business analyses 📚

- Team management experience 🤝

- Proficient in Priority software – a must! 💻

- Experience working with retail chains and stores – advantageous 🛒

- Service-oriented approach, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team 🌟
