Role Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Team Lead to manage and oversee the performance of our customer service team. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Petah Tikva, with flexibility for some remote work. Responsibilities include monitoring team performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, developing and implementing service workflows, and addressing customer inquiries and issues. You will also mentor and train staff to enhance team productivity and uphold superior service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in Customer Service Management and leading customer-focused teams
- Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency
- Proven ability to motivate and mentor team members
- Proficiency in managing challenging customer interactions with tact and empathy
- Previous experience in recruitment processes or multi-language environments is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
- Experience supporting a SaaS product – a strong advantage
