Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Junior Data Analyst at the beginning of their career, with a strong interest in data and supply chain.

In this role, you will work closely with our team on real client projects, supporting forecasting models, analyzing large datasets, and contributing to measurable improvements in supply chain performance. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience and build a strong foundation in data analytics within a specialized domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, organize, and analyze supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with senior analysts and managers to develop accurate demand forecasts and enhance production planning
• Assist in maintaining optimal inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and suggest strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations
• Support supplier evaluation and performance tracking initiatives to ensure a reliable supply base
• Contribute ideas to streamline supply chain processes, reduce lead times, and improve overall performance
• Prepare reports and documentation to communicate analytical findings and recommendations clearly

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong proficiency in Excel is required
• Familiarity with SQL and/or Python is an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Familiarity with supply chain concepts or demand planning is an advantage
